What you’ll do for us…

• Demonstrate reasonable knowledge of business processes, o9’s solutions, technical architecture, industry best practices, and value proposition.
• Participate in the complete lifecycle of a project from design to delivery of o9’s solutions to customers across industries and geographies.
• Flexible to work across geographies in multiple time zones, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and taking up multiple roles. Capable of mentoring the new team members and coordinating within and outside the team.
• Understand and document our customer’s business and relevant data requirements by participating in workshops with functional and business owners of the processes.
• Work closely with architects to configure the o9 platform as per blueprint as well as develop and test functional and technical design using complex datasets.
• Review, analyze and configure the data provided by customers as per its technical/functional intent and interdependencies pertaining to integration and ingestion requirements and planning use cases.
• Create schedules, monitor execution and performance of workflows, Integration interfaces, and data analytics as per specified test cases, and track issues and their progress towards resolution.
• Support Super User and End User training, for a global user base.
• Actively help in improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with the development and operations teams.

What you’ll have…

• Education: Btech/BE
• Skills: Reasonable understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP, ETL concepts, cloud infrastructure, and big data concepts.
• Languages: SQL, scripting language preferably JS, python, power shell, T-SQL or similar; Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools, packages like R or similar is desirable, exposure to ML framework and algo.
• Characteristics: Should possess and align with o9 core values. Strong presentation and communications skills. Patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate your viewpoint and deliver to customer expectations, even under pressure.
