What we are looking for:
Required
2+ years of experience administering SaaS platforms, preferably Planhat, Intercom,
or similar customer success/engagement tools.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and customer success
principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Experience with data management, integration, and maintaining data integrity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
Experience with API integrations and webhook management
Knowledge of SQL or other query languages
Background in customer success, support, or operations roles
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Understanding of automation workflows and customer journey mapping
Familiarity with data visualization tools
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary administrator for customer technology platforms including
Planhat, Intercom, and related customer engagement tools.
Configure and maintain customer-facing technology systems to align with
business processes and requirements.
Create and maintain customer segments, journeys, and automated workflows to
support the customer lifecycle.
Develop and implement data integration strategies between customer platforms
and other business systems.
Generate regular reports and insights on customer health metrics, engagement
patterns, and adoption trends.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to optimize
platform usage and improve customer experiences.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to customer platforms.
Document processes, best practices, and platform configurations.
Train team members on effective use of customer technology platforms.
Stay current with platform updates and new features, evaluating their potential
value for the organization.
