About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our digital presence, create engaging content, and drive brand communication across platforms. This role requires creativity, consistency, and a strong understanding of social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube
• Create engaging content including creatives, reels, videos, and campaigns
• Plan and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing goals
• Track and analyze engagement metrics and optimize performance
• Write compelling marketing copy for posts, campaigns, and branding
• Support hiring and employer branding initiatives
• Capture photos/videos of lab work, demos, and company events
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement new ideas

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BBA or MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills
• Good knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Interest in Robotics, AI, or technology is a plus
