Job Description*
Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application requirements.
Elicit requirements through discussions, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process review.
Requirement Gathering with deliverables in project planning, release project tracking, use cases, scenarios, workflow & business analysis, BAT.
Must have experience related to business analysis & technology, preferably in BFSI domain.
Must be able to work independently and in team settings. Must have some experience functioning as a lead on various initiatives
Utilize experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and map multiple systems, data models and user workflow for collaborative platform.
3+ year experience as Business Analyst/Product Specialist: specifically functional and technical analysis and design of web based software solutions in Credit/Banking Industry.
Proven ability to work on assignments that require data evaluation, recommendation development, and decision making.
Experience working with API’s, XML, XSD’s etc
Candidate Profile*
3+ year experience as Business Analyst/Product Analyst
Should have good communication skills; verbal and written.
Should have good understanding of software developing processes – SDLC, Agile, Change Management.
Good knowledge on API’s, XML & XSD’s
Good understanding of RDBMS/ database concepts
Knowledge of SQL & J2EE is a plus
Office skills (word, excel etc.)
Willingness to travel (5 to 10% of job)
