Your role and responsibilities

Contribute significantly to successful project results in technology and/or product development by identifying, proposing and implementing innovative solutions. Use unique technical knowledge to oversee development tasks. Working closely with Product Owner and Scrum Master, understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements.

Individual contributor using in-depth knowledge in a specific area to execute complex or specialized projects / challenges often thinking independently to challenge traditional solutions. Comprehensive knowledge of related disciplines in the organization. Works independently, applying established standards and instructs or coaches other professionals

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Deliver end-to-end product development including design, reviews, consulting, and hands-on development, while providing technical leadership across local and remote teams. Collaborate with Product Owners to identify new opportunities and manage installations, configurations, troubleshooting, upgrades, technical training, and documentation.
• Provide consulting support to business operations and customers within area of expertise, and represent the team in internal and external engineering forums to ensure effective collaboration and visibility.
• Drive innovation while maintaining oversight of intellectual property within the domain, develop IP strategies, and proactively identify, assess, and manage risks across R&D projects and organizational processes.
• Apply strong competencies in safety, quality, innovation, ownership, and collaboration while leveraging R&D expertise in technical domains, tools, processes, communication, and risk and IP management to deliver high-quality outcomes**.**

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 8–10 years of experience designing and developing enterprise-level web applications, with advanced expertise in ReactJS and strong backend development using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.
• Proven ability to design and develop modern, scalable, and responsive web applications, with ownership of front-end architecture and UI design while contributing across the full stack.
• Strong experience handling complex engineering assignments requiring advanced problem-solving skills and the application of innovative technical solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks, along with proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end application as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices, with strong troubleshooting capabilities across module, product, and system levels, and hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Exposure to software architecture and design tools such as UML, C4 model, ArchiMate, Enterprise Architect, Visio, Draw.io, and Lucidchart for application and system design.
• Demonstrated understanding of AI and emerging technologies, along with the ability to act as a subject matter expert by mentoring team members, sharing knowledge, and contributing to continuous learning within the team.
